**How to measure your wrist**
option 1: a flexible tape measure works perfectly for this! Simply, hold one end on your wrist, wrap it around and read the measurement where it meets the first end you were holding down.
option 2: No flexible tape measure? No worries! A piece of string, a shoe lace, or a length of dental floss can work just as well with the help of a ruler! Hold one end of your string on the side of your wrist, then wrap the string around until it meets the end you're already holding on your wrist. Pinch the string between your fingers on the spot where it met the first end and hold this section up to a ruler to get your wrist measurement.
